Step 1: Access Your Unified KM Admin Dashboard
Log into your Unified KM Admin account. Your dashboard is the control center, providing you with quick access to various management features, including your order list.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Orders
Within the dashboard, locate and click on the ‘Orders’ section. This will display a list of all current orders entered through the pet counselor view.
Step 3: Select the Order to Edit
Browse the list of orders and click on the specific order you wish to edit. This action will bring up the order details.
Step 4: Change the Order Status
In the order details, you will see the order status marked as ‘completed.’ To edit the order, change its status to either ‘on hold’ or ‘processing.’ This step is crucial as it unlocks the ability to edit the order.
Step 5: Edit the Order Details
With the order now editable, you can modify various aspects such as billing information, shipping details, customer information, and the actual items within the order. For instance, this functionality is useful for adding or removing services like training.
Step 6: Finalize Your Changes
After making the necessary edits, change the order status back to ‘completed’ to lock in your changes. Ensure all modifications are correct and click ‘update’ to save them.
Step 7: Verify the Update
It’s good practice to review the order after updating to ensure all changes have been applied correctly. You can do this by revisiting the order details in your admin panel.
